Maybe it was because it was eight o'clock at night? We were seated near the kitchen entrance. Orders taken. Water served. Food served. Except for the bread and Cole slaw, which were both good once they came. I had to ask for silverware also. During dinner, the kitchen crew was boisterous and unprofessionally loud. At least it sounded like they were having a good time. The deep fried battered fish was partly underdone and partly overdone and tough. Bob Evans could do better. Maybe next time.

Food was great but our waitress was less than friendly got alot of dirty looks she was constantly going over to the order computer and gossiping with another server then she gave us dirty looks she didn't bring our breads out before meal and told other server how frustrated she was instead of refilling our beverages she sat down with other customers in their booth and hung out both my daughter and I have been servers at Bobs that's not the way to behave

Bob Evans is always good, I got the pot roast hash, one of the ones served in a skillet. It tasted great, good portions, a good price, and a great environment. I really enjoy their all day breakfast because sometimes you just want eggs or pancakes for dinner

For Mother's Day Dinner yesterday, I ordered, my favorite, the turkey dinner which comes with cranberry sauce. I made a note in the comments that this was my Mother's Day meal, and that I loved the cranberry sauce. When we opened the bag, they had given me an extra sized portion with HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY written on the top. Such a simple gesture, but it made me smile, especially since they were so crazy busy when we picked our order up. I just want to thank whomever had the heart and took the time to do that. Stoped in here a couple times otw to Baltic. Bryan our waiter was very friendly and great. Place is clean and the food is great out of the kitchen. One of Bob Evans best kept restaurants.

Service was okay but they give you the check before you finish eating then they never come back. Toast had some kind of imitation squeeze butter and they put the toast so the buttered sides face, which I didn't know, so picked up the toast and got a handful of imitation butter. Meatloaf sucks and while the mashed potatoes were okay I saw that they are pre-portioned and put in the microwave in a plastic bag to heat. I guess they get them in frozen.

Family friendly, amazing service, Mary takes great care of you, food is hot and delicious. IF we have ever run into a problem, as small as it may be, they take great care of fixing it and making everything correct.

When we first came through the door, their were 5 ladies at counter. Only 2 of the ladies said welcome. Our server was very polite and made sure we had everything filled up the whole tine we were their.

This place has become way over-commercialized over the years. It hasn't felt like home cooked food in a long time. Food was decent, but generally bland and hash browns were severely undercooked. Probably my last trip. The restaurants are always clean and service is usually pretty good, so can't complain too much.
